Shipping

How it works

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed once you order it, which is why there is a short wait before it ships — and why we don't end up burning unsold stock.

Timing

Production starts within a day or two and takes roughly 2–5 business days. The exact window for each piece is shown on its product page. Delivery time after that depends on where you are.

Where it ships from

Orders are produced at the facility closest to you — in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or Australia. That keeps delivery short and the journey a lot shorter than it would otherwise be.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the facility. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of production finishing, check your spam folder before writing to us — it's usually there.

Customs and import duties

If you're ordering from outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or VAT when the parcel arrives. These are set by your government, not by us, and they can't be calculated in advance. They are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

If something arrived wrong

Misprint, damage in transit, a visible defect, or simply the wrong item in the box — we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship anything back.

How to report it

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item laid flat in good light. That photo is genuinely all it takes; we're not looking for a reason to say no.

Wrong size, or changed your mind

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for the wrong size or for a change of heart. There's no shelf to put it back on. Please read the sizing section below before ordering — it exists precisely because of this.

Before it goes into production

There is a window. Your confirmation email contains a link that lets you edit or cancel the order yourself, any time before production begins. That's usually a day or two. Use it if you have second thoughts.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, PayPal typically shows it within a few business days. Card refunds depend on your bank and can take up to about two weeks to appear on a statement.

Sizing

The honest advice

Don't guess. Take a shirt you already own and like, lay it flat, and measure it. Then compare those numbers to the table below. This takes two minutes and prevents nearly every sizing problem we see.

Tee measurements

These apply to our classic t-shirts. Cut is boxy through the shoulders. If you land between two sizes and want a closer fit, size down.

SizeA LengthB WidthC Sleeve

A Length — high point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
B Width — seam under one sleeve across to the seam under the other.
C Sleeve — top of the set-in sleeve down to the sleeve hem.

Supplier measurements can differ by up to 2 inches, or 5 cm. For pieces other than t-shirts, check the measurements listed on that product.
